We urge you to access the conference Virtual Lobby upon receiving the email. Once in the virtual lobby you may set up your online account, customize your conference program, and prepare yourself for attending the event which begins in a few hours.

Attendees registering at the on-site rate of $350.00 starting on Friday, July 17, 2020, and beyond, will be registering directly through the virtual platform's registration link (listed below). You will need to register a new account by creating a user name and password on the virtual platform. This is not the same as your ASCE account login. Payment options are by credit card or by PayPal. Your registration will be transferred to your ASCE account after the event concludes.
Discounts do not apply when registering Friday, July 17, 2020 and beyond.

ASCE uses the information you provide to administer your registration and to keep you apprised of conference information and related products and services. Professional Development Hours (PDHs)
Are a recognized unit of record in non-credit professional development programs – can be earned for participation in activities at this conference. If you registered for the conference and attended selected sessions below, you have earned Professional Development Hours.
Please keep track of you own PDHs. A full participant in this conference may earn up to 11 PDHs by participating in the live sessions Monday, July 20 - Friday, July 24. Watching the recorded video-on-demand sessions or the recorded playback of the live event will not be eligible to claim.
Within thirty (30) days after the end of the event, the session information will be uploaded into the MyLearning system. You will receive an email from the conference registration system with a link and detailed instructions on how to access MyLearning and to update your session attendance. By accessing the MyLeaning system for this conference, you automatically agree and certify you attended the selected sessions.
The system will remain open for 365 days from the receipt of the registration email to allow you time to make any adjustments and print your certificate and transcript. After that 365-day mark, you will need to contact ASCE Customer Service at [email protected] or (800) 548-2723 to modify your conference attendance information.

Confirmation of Registration and Participation Link
A confirmation will be emailed to all advance registrants prior to the conference. A non-transferable password-protected participation link will also be sent to all registrants. You must use the same email address that you used to register to participate in the virtual event.

Cancellations/Refunds
To receive a refund of the registration fee, cancellations must be received in writing at the ASCE Headquarters by Monday, July 13, 2020. A $25 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds after July 13th.

ASCE Conference Policies
ADA Compliance
If you experience a disability that prohibits your participation in a virtual format, please submit a written description of your ADA requirements with your registration form or email [email protected] no later than Wednesday, July 1, 2020. While ASCE/EWRI will make every effort to meet your needs, accommodations cannot be guaranteed without notification by the deadline.
Assumption of Risk and Hold Harmless
All ASCE events and activities are purely voluntary activities, and attendees are fully responsible for their own conduct and well-being, including, and without limitation, determining their level of fitness to take part in any such event or activity. In participating in any event or activity, attendees shall be deemed to understand and accept all risk of possible physical injury that might occur as a result of such participation. Attendees agree to release and hold harmless ASCE and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents from any and all alleged and/or actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, or losses, of any kind which arise out of or result from attendance at and participation in the conference.
Program and Session Cancellation
ASCE/EWRI reserves the right to cancel programs and/or sessions. Programs and sessions are subject to change, and ASCE/EWRI reserves the right to substitute a program, session and/or speaker of equal caliber to fulfill the educational requirements.
